Requirement

Improvement of the health status of people leaving in remote areas of Africa, who do not have regular access to medical services.

Solution

We designed, developed and implemented a complete solution of a Remote Medical Diagnostic system/CRM that is initiated via the phone and routed to a call center. It is meant for people leaving in remote areas in Africa that do not have access to medical services and was created for a non-profit organization which is sponsored by local government, Ford and Samsung. The system also needs to be map and save patient details for future analysis. Patient data are also supposed to be accessed from a mobile hospital that treats patients while following specific routes through Togo rural areas. As the communication is mostly over mobile, the system had to be integrated with a GSM gateway to enable free calling
