Requirement
A 360 view on the customers, their orders history and communication.
Centralization of the workflow and work processes into one single platform where the seller would see all orders from all his platforms, save the customer details into their own DB and be able to communicate with them via email and link those to specific orders including Amazon, where the customer data was not available.
Ability to mange the fullfillment, package tracking and shipping from the ERP.
Solution
We designed, developed and implemented an ERP platform for a multi-channel seller and is integrated with amazon, eBay, WooCommerce, Squarespace, Walmart, Groupon, Jet.com. It syncs all the orders with the sales channels to simplify order fulfillment management and handles the shipping through USPS and ShipStation integration, generate barcodes/QR and print shipping labels. It also has an email based ticket system for customer support communication which you can also easily link to orders, products and RMA’s.
